A Reply to A Letter Complaint

First, we want to apologize for our delay in answering your letter on 25 May. This is because the technical inspection is required before we can give a satisfactory answer.
After we learned of your bike problem, we find that the bike you buy from us, experiencing damage to the fireplace system that is not good, and it is very dangerous for you.
We sympathize with you and very sorry to trouble you experienced. We promise to replace all that you remove the cost and we promise to replace your motorcycle with a new one in accordance with the warranty that we made. Our officer will come to your home and will take your bike to be exchanged with new ones.
