Complaint Letter

Dear Sir,
MECHI MOTORS, Ltd 13450 – May 25th

I want to complaint about a motorcycle that I bought in your company on 26 February last. I have been using this bike for a month, this motor does not experience any problems. But in the second month, inimengalami motor damage. When I'm riding this bike, this bike suddenly stops and can not be lit again. I've tried various ways to make this motor can be lit again but could not.
I do not know what happened dengnan this bike. I've tried to contact your office but no answer. So I write this complaint letter.
I would appreciate if my bike can be replaced with a new motor in accordance with the warranty you provide. I hope you can provide answers to the level of this complaint letter.
